Lizzie Knights has been appointed as a director in Bruce Gillingham Pollard’s central London leasing team. She previously worked for Colliers and BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Rebecca Fuller has been appointed global head of fixed asset advisory services at Kroll, where she will assist global corporates, brokers and insurance companies with valuation.
Joe Warren has joined Knight Frank’s ESG consulting team as an associate, where he will advise clients on managing and reducing the carbon output of development and refurbishment projects.
Yuan Sun has joined RE Capital as head of residential development, focusing on transforming heritage buildings into attractive and sustainable modern offices. She joins from Strawberry Star Homes.
Harris Lamb has added Paul Barton as a director to its planning team. Previously, he worked with Countryside and Bruton Knowles, where he specialised in strategic land and planning applications.
Land Trust has named Alan Carter as its new chief executive officer. He has worked for the company for 12 years.
JLL’s property and asset management team has appointed Phoebe Geake and Catherine Thomas as co-heads of its central London business. They will focus on driving the firm’s net zero carbon agenda, delivering stand-out customer experience and implementing smart technologies to enhance occupier experience.
Chancerygate has promoted James Tinkler to senior project management director, Tom Faulkner to development director and George Jerram to asset management director in its London office. Chris Brown has also been promoted to development director in the Warrington office and Dan Powers has been made project management director in the Birmingham office.
Leighton Thomas has been appointed head of UK lease advisory at BNP Paribas Real Estate. He has been with the firm for more than 25 years and is currently head of the northern region and the Sheffield office.
HBD has appointed Chris Stalker as director of residential and urban regeneration. Stalker previously led the £250m mixed-use Kampus scheme in Manchester for six years.
Glenny has appointed Luke Thrumble as head of planning. He joins from DP9 and is an RTPI accredited town planner with experience in both the public and private sectors.
Farrans Construction has appointed Ross McWha to the newly created role of head of engineering for the civil engineering division.
