Jane Hutchins (pictured, centre) has been appointed as Cambridge Science Park’s new operations and communications director. She will work with Trinity College and Bidwells to deliver its 2050 Vision for the park.

Simon Marx (pictured, right) has been appointed as head of research at Lothbury Investment Management, where he will help develop fund strategies and frame economic forecasts.
Allsop letting and management has promoted Matt Smith to chief executive officer, Kelly Smith to chief operating officer, and Richard Leek to chief financial officer.
Giles Semper has been appointed head of place at Cadogan and will oversee the business’s £40m Sloane Street public realm works, starting in September. He was previously executive director at Go! Southampton.
Colliers’ central London retail team has hired Alexandra Hubbard, associate partner at Hanover Green Retail and Emma Strang, director at Nash Bond. They bring extensive in-house and agency experience to the firm, having acted for both landlords and tenants.
Aviva Investors has expanded its European real estate team with the appointment of Lise Marbach Deguine as investment manager and Theophile Perrin as investment analyst in its Paris office.
MAPP has strengthened its business and science parks management site team with the addition of Kerry Wilson as campus director at Kent Science Park, and William Turley as campus director of the Edinburgh Technopole site.
The Construction Consultants has appointed Allan Davies as director and Clint Howell as senior building surveyor to support its strategy of identifying new business opportunities across the residential, commercial, industrial, student accommodation and retail sectors.
Simon Nigh has been appointed head of mapping and geospatial services at Carter Jonas. Since joining the firm in 2020, Nigh has supported the expansion of its national GIS and mapping services. Mark Kieras has joined as a partner and head of measured survey.
Paul Jeffries has joined AXA IM Alts as director of UK client group and will work with UK and Ireland-based clients to grow the business’ alternatives footprint with institutional investors.
Sutton Coldfield-based Chosen Home has appointed sales consultant Christopher Stuart.
Lee Baron has appointed head of client accounts Ken Wotherspoon to lead its new Bristol office.
Berrys has appointed Cameron Frazer as head of commercial agency to grow its commercial service sectors. His previous experience includes senior positions with Cushman & Wakefield in London and Birmingham.
BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Tanisha Krishnan as associate director in its workplace strategy team. She joins from Perkins + Will where she was a senior consultant. Will Meldon and Daniel Mooney join the occupier solutions team as surveyors with portfolio management.
Catherine Birks has joined CBRE’s Northern UK development team as senior director, bringing 20 years of experience in regeneration and strategic development. She is a specialist in the promotion of public assets and public-private partnerships.
James Orchard has joined Knight Frank’s project and building consultancy team as a partner to strengthen the firm’s landlord project management capabilities. He joins from CBRE. In the Cardiff office, Tom Griffiths has been promoted to senior surveyor in the industrial and logistics team, while Gareth Watts has been appointed as a senior surveyor in its residential development team.
Chris Severs has joined Cluttons in Manchester as a partner. He is an experienced business rates consultant and joins from Avison Young.
Clare Smithson, formerly of Hill Group, has joined Weston Homes as its new HR director.
DWF has appointed Damian Fleming as a partner in its global real estate practice from BCLP.
Susie Warran-Smith has been appointed as the new chair of Locate in Kent, the official inward investment agency for Kent and Medway. She replaces outgoing chair David Fitzsimmons.
