Burrington Estates has appointed Derek Hudson as head of digital transformation. He will explore new technologies to improve its product, customer experience and internal business processes.
Law firm DMH Stallard has hired James Picknell as a partner in the real estate dispute resolution team in Guildford.
Matthew-Blaine Young has been promoted to senior relationship director in Secure Trust Bank’s real estate finance team.
Knight Frank has appointed Oliver Rodbourne as head of residential sales for the Channel Islands. He will also continue to head up the UK South East team. In the Aberdeen office, Matthew Park has been promoted to partner.
Castleforge Partners has appointed Iris Zhao-Fiorello as head of capital formation and investment solutions. She joins from GCM Grosvenor.
Barclays has appointed Jason Constable as its new head of real estate for corporate banking. He replaces Dennis Watson, who retired at the end of April.
Rohan Shiram has been appointed as head of sustainability at Carter Jonas. He was previously interim director of energy, sustainability and social impact for the EMEA and APAC regions at WeWork.
Brett Devenish has joined AspinallVerdi as head of its new office in Newcastle. He joins from Capita.
Carter Jonas has appointed Adrian Chan as a senior surveyor in its Oxfordshire commercial team. He joins from Bidwells.
Savills has appointed Christina Sigliano as head of occupier services for its EMEA business. Melanie Fernandes has joined as an associate director in the Bristol residential development sales team, and Matej Cihelka has been appointed as senior valuer to the valuation team in Prague.
The Leeds office of Avison Young has appointed Andrew Sutherland as associate director in the healthcare sector and Phoenix Searle as service charge consultant.
Audley Group has hired Mark Sadler as group general counsel, Daren Little as IT director and Sian Hammer as group sales director.
Savista Developments has appointed Graham Hill as construction director. He previously worked for Balfour Beatty.
General Projects has expanded its team with the appointment of Ben Cross as development associate, Adam Brady as investment associate and Samantha Whellams as assistant development manager.
David Morris, a former senior partner at Allsop, passed away in May at the age of 96. He was the firm’s second ever senior partner and was influential in steering the firm through some of the major economic cycles during his leadership.
