Commercial property specialist James Holton (pictured, left) has joined the property litigation team at DTM Legal.

Sharon Thomson (pictured, right) has been appointed head of people and culture at Qualis Group. Thomosn previously worked at Balfour Beaty Group.

Places for People Group has named Greg Reed as chief executive officer. The former chief executive of HomeServe UK will succeed David Cowans, who will retire at the end of March after 24 years at the helm of PfP.

Chancerygate has appointed Ada Ioannidis as marketing manager and Chris Thrippleton as project manager in London. Rob Watts joins the Birmingham office as a development manager. In the Warrington office, Stuart McGill joins as asset manager, Andy Farrer as development manager, and Joe Johnson as project manager.

Berkeley Strategic has strengthened its land team with the appointment of senior land manager Lizzie Parrott and land managers Tom Emery and Georgia Guest.

IMMO Capital has expanded its international presence with the appointment of Christina Steinmueller as senior director of finance; Dawid Baranowski as head of lettings and consumer revenue; Konstantin Andrejev as head of investor platform; Julian Derber as head of data science and BI; and Bhanu Ghantasala as senior director of product management.

Adrian Fawcett has joined Bis Henderson Group as chairman and investor to build the businesses profile as a provider for warehouse space, supply chain, and logistics consulting and recruitment services.

CBRE has recruited Mike Brown as an associate director for the industrial and logistics team. He joins from JLL.

Commercial Tenants Association has appointed David Abramson as chair of its policy committee and advisory board, with a key focus on global policy as well as retail, hospitality and leisure sectors.

Cushman & Wakefield Scotland has promoted Sarah Stewart, who works in the energy and infrastructure specialist markets, to partner and Ollie Barron to associate in its global occupier services division.

Harper Dennis Hobbs has added graduate Isabel Marshall to its European team, Ben Thompson to the agency and investment team, and William Knight joins the lease advisory team.

Wates Group has appointed Bekir Andrews as director for environmental sustainability to drive the corporation’s net zero goal by 2025. He joins from Balfour Beatty, where he was associate director.

Jacob Edwards has joined Castle Green Homes as a management trainee.

Tudor Real Estate has appointed Philip Hunt as head of investment. He previously worked at Savills and Lambert Smith Hampton, before running his own business for the past 11 years.

Shoosmiths has strengthened its real estate division with the appointment of specialist construction lawyer Ryan Fordham as a partner in London.
