People and companies: Europa Capital makes portfolio and asset management hire

He joins from Edgerley Simpson Howe. Lichfields has hired Rebecca Caines (pictured, left) as a senior director in the Manchester office. Formerly head of planning at Knight Dragon, she was responsible for driving mixed-use developments on the Greenwich peninsula in London. Cluttons has appointed Ed Woolgar from Strutt & Parker as a lettings partner in its Hyde Park office. Hapri Yorke-Brooks has joined BNP Paribas Real Estate’s Birmingham office as a senior associate director. She has experience in offices and industrial. IPUT Real Estate has appointed Marie Hunt to the new role of head of research and as a senior member of the management team. PRP has appointed David Bingham as associate director within its residential team, responsible for creating sustainable, design-led solutions for clients. Matt Quayle has joined the urban design team as an associate director. Jordan Lister has been appointed director of growth and strategic information at Aster. He joins from Phillip Callan Associates. Barratt and David Wilson Homes’ Southampton division has hired Tamsin Nichols and Rebecca Edwards to its marketing team. Choosen Home has hired Gemma Hemming from Fine & Country as a sales consultant. McCarthy Denning has named Jon Lloyd as a partner in its real estate team. He joins from Gowling WLG. Carter Jonas has promoted the following group partners: James Cordery in planning and development, Oxford; Ross Kent in rural, Oxford; Amy Nolan in energy, Leeds; David Ruddock in residential, London; Lucinda Sanders in valuations, London; and Dan Sherwood in planning and development, Leeds. Roddy Proudfoot has been promoted to director at LCP’s Scotland office. He joined the business in 2017. Ben Dewhirst has rejoined Colliers as a director in the hotels valuation team in the Leeds office. He previously worked in the firm’s licensed and leisure team between 2015 and 2019. Tom Hofton and Patrick Hastings have been promoted to associate directors at LOM architecture and design. Affordable housing specialist Living Space has expanded its team with the appointment of Nikita Chavda as a design and planning coordinator; Katharine Lawrance as an assistant land manager; and Christina Haycock joins as an administrator. Heimstaden Bostad has appointed Anette Konar Riple as head of social sustainability. Greystar Real Estate Partners has appointed Alberto Donoso as European development manager. Argyll has appointed Philip Symonds from Addington Capital as investment director for its prime central London portfolio. Jon Lloyd has joined McCarthy Denning’s real estate team as a partner. He joins from Gowling WLG. Incendium has appointed Alistair Lovegrove to the newly created position of chief operating officer, to oversee business management and resource planning. MGT investment management has hired Adina David as executive director to lead its residential expansion in the UK build-to-rent sector. BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Andrew Screen as head of residential capital markets. He moves from Cortland. Eddisons has promoted associate director Curtis Bowles to lead the building and project consultancy team at its South Yorkshire office. He joined the firm in 2016. Sarah Harvey has joined the board of directors of Essensys as chief financial officer. Hollis has appointed Charlie Wildash to head its dilapidations division, Elliott Lockyer to lead its health and safety team, and Antony Orchin has been made head of pre-lease advice.
