People and companies: Frost Meadowcroft strengthens agency division

She joins from Swansea Borough Council. Aliki Koemtzopoulou (pictured, left centre) has been named sustainability manager at Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work, where she will help drive sustainability initiatives at the 1.8m sq ft business campus. She previously worked in CSR at GlaxoSmithKline. Colliers has named Willem Janssen (pictured, right centre) as lead director for its South East offices team. Janssen advises clients on every aspect of office space, from conception to occupation and disposal. Sarah Starkey (pictured, right) has joined Atrato Group as assistant director in asset management for supermarkets. She previously managed an extensive portfolio of retail properties at Landsec. BNP Paribas Real Estate has promoted Tara Cowley to head of its new planning and development team in its commercial business in Scotland. She previously led Strutt & Parker’s planning team in Scotland and has specialised in the rural sector. Gleeson Homes has appointed Allen Marshall as regional managing director for the Midlands region. Marshall joined the firm in 2018 and previously held the role of operations director. John Condliffe is to join Davitt Jones Bould as a partner. After taking a year off to study business analytics, he returns to law with the goal of improving productivity and client service. Laura Hines-Pierce has been named co-chief executive at Houston-based real estate investor Hines. HKS has hired Julianne Ilebode-Akisanya and Sophia Hami as health advisory leaders in its UK office. They will work with clients on issues such as modernising existing estates, decarbonising and digitising. JLL has appointed Alexandra Ingram as head of sustainability for EMEA capital markets. In this role, she will implement ESG across JLL’s capital markets teams and ensure environmental and social values are at the core of client strategies to achieve net-zero emission levels. Ellandi has hired Sam Fox as head of research and analytics to support investment, project and strategic decision-making. She was previously an associate director at Pragma for 10 years. Hayfield has appointed Liam Gilbert as area production director to oversee the construction of upcoming developments that are expected to generate £150m in revenue. Gilbert previously worked for Redrow Homes Thames Valley. Development lender Silbury Finance has hired Jamie Rahder as director of investment and Trevor DaCosta as director of finance. Elise Thompson, RICS Young Surveyor of the Year 2021, has joined Vail Williams as a senior surveyor. She previously worked with BPS Chartered Surveyors. Knight Frank has expanded its London business rates team with the appointment of Matthew Fanning as an associate. He joins from GL Hearn and has more than 14 years’ experience. ICG Real Estate has appointed Antonio Galea from JP Morgan to its private equity real estate investment team, where he will source and execute opportunistic, value-add deals in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. UK Investment firm Dunmoore has appointed Mark Gibbon as finance director and Chris Kerrison as a development surveyor. Guy Lambert has been appointed head of marketing and communications at Rendall & Rittner. He joins from the National House Building Council. Strutt & Parker has promoted Oliver Custance Baker to head its national country house department. He joined the firm in 2011. Logistics specialist Verdion has appointed Nils Mutzke as business development director and Sebastian Achten as senior leasing and development manager for its German operations. Nick Cashmore has joined RO Real Estate as investment director in London. He joins from Ardstone Capital where he worked on investments valued at more than £800m across the UK.
