Lichfields has appointed Chris Darley as office lead, replacing Justin Gartland, who remains chairman of the board. Darley joined the firm in 2011 and has experience working with private and public sector clients, delivering regional and national projects.
Enjoy-Work at Chiswick Park has hired Tracy Newman as estate and services manager and Marco Costa as technical services manager to provide a better service experience as people return to work at the business park.
Jenny Adams has joined Mather Jamie as a planning manager. She previously worked for Arup, where she supported towns on the Towns Fund programme.
Vita Group has promoted Max Bielby to chief operating officer, Laura Swindells to chief of staff, and David Ancell to chief brand officer.
Barton Willmore has expanded its sustainability team with the addition of Rhiannon Smith, a specialist in climate change and net-zero energy strategy. She was previously a lead consultant at Energist.
Aneesa Ali has joined Principle Estate Management as an apprentice in the finance team.
Ridge and Partners has appointed Matthew Sumpter as its new cost management partner to expand its private sector business in the South East. He previously worked for Gleeds on major mixed-use and regeneration projects for UK and international clients.
Stefania Ponzo has been appointed as a partner at global proptech venture capital firm Pi Labs. She will oversee the company’s growing portfolio and support its global expansion.
Oxford Properties Group has appointed Hala El Akl as senior director of ESG and operations. Based in London, she will develop Oxford’s global ESG strategy and framework, as well as oversee its ESG programme with a focus on operations.
St Modwen Logistics has hired Ali Mew as property management director to help it further develop its asset management function in line with its growth targets. She joins from Hammerson.
