GVA has appointed Jonathan Davies (pictured left) to its Cardiff valuation team as associate director. He is a RICS-registered valuer with 20 years’ experience across both the public and private sectors.
Durkan has appointed Bill Beyzade (pictured second from left) to the new role of land and development director focusing on land acquisition across the Home Counties. Beyzade was previously Land & Planning director for CALA Homes North.
Aitchison Raffety has promoted Jonathan Weekes (pictured second from right) to director in the planning division in the Northampton office. He joined the group in 2013.
Dinah Weissenberger (pictured right) has joined Knight Frank in Bristol as a graduate surveyor.
Relendex has appointed Paul Sonabend as commercial director.
Lee Gurney has joined MDA Consulting as an associate director in its Manchester office.
Colliers International has appointed Richard Williams as head of its national offices team in its new Birmingham city centre agency. Williams joins from Knight Frank and has experience advising both occupiers and landlords.
Joseph Homes has appointed Michael Bryn-Jones as managing director.
CBRE has appointed Tony Rosenthal as director in the Scottish rating team in Glasgow. Rosenthal has rejoined the company from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a partner leading the national rating team within Scotland.
Tunstall Real Estate Asset Management has appointed David White as head of debt strategies in it its senior management team. White joins from CR Management.
Foundation Home Loans has recruited Paula Priest as national account manager for the senior sales team.
Savills France has recruited Augustin Michaud as a senior consultant in its investment team to develop its investment services across Southern Europe.
Turner & Townsend has appointed Tania Flasck to head up its infrastructure business in Birmingham. Flasck joins from Jacobs, where she was European vice president solutions and technology.
Strutt & Parker has opened a new office at 16 Park Street in Windsor. Jo Chadwick will head up the office working alongside colleagues Alex Webster and Liz Beales.
JLL has appointed Graham Blenkarne to its Yorkshire and North-East valuation advisory team. Blenkarne joins as an associate, and will be responsible for undertaking commercial property valuations primarily across the North East of England.
Law firm Bishop & Sewell has promoted Chris Macartney in the landlord & tenant team and David Little in the corporate & commercial team, to equity partners.
SHW has named the following as equity partners: Emma Hards from the business space team in Brighton; Adrian Dack, head of property management in London; and Paul Farrell from the residential property management team in London.
Matthews & Goodman has appointed Matt Blaydon, former head of GL Hearn, as a partner.

Alexis Gisselbrecht has joined AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets as a senior fund manager in the development and value-added fund management team. He joins from Patrizia Immobilien, where he was a senior fund manager specialising in the value-add and higher-return investments segment.
Alexandra Plain and Jérémy Roigt have joined the real estate practice at Squire Patton Boggs as partners in its Paris office.
