Chenai Gondo (pictured, left) has been named chief of staff at Essensys, where she will lead initiatives related to business growth, development and transformation. She joins from British Land, where she was senior strategy executive.

BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Fergus Keane (pictured, right) to lead its investment team in central London. Harry Douglass has been appointed director in the alternative markets team as the firm expands its hotel valuation and consultancy capabilities across the UK and Europe.
Honor Fishburn has been appointed UK and European director at MurrayTwohig, a commercial partner of East Midlands Development Company. She has been director of placemaking at Battersea Power Station for the past seven years.
Godwin Developments has appointed Steven Gascoyne as associate director in its Birmingham office.
Turley has appointed housing regeneration expert Stephen Trusler as senior director in its London office, where he will deliver projects in the capital and across the UK and Ireland.
Europa Capital has appointed Radina Koleva as senior associate, portfolio and asset management. She will be responsible for supporting the Europa Diversified Income Fund.
Hanover Green Retail has promoted Hannah White, Ben Selwyn and Alex Mann to partners.
Wesley Thomson has joined Avison Young as director of ESG, UK and Europe, where he will provide strategic advice to investors, lenders and occupiers on matters of sustainable investment, ESG strategy, risk and resiliency.

Qualis Management has appointed Maria Sharples as head of operations.

Rachel O’Donnell has been appointed as consult lead for retrofit to lead the new business function and direct its growth strategy.
James Owens has been appointed an equity partner at Rapley’s London office in the town planning division. He joins from JLL.
Knight Frank has expanded its project and building consultancy team with the appointment of Holly Harris as an associate to lead on party wall and neighbourly matters.
The Instant Group has appointed Craig Hughes as chief executive of partnerships. He will help landlords and operators leverage the demand for flexible workspace. He joins after 10 years at PwC.
Burges Salmon has appointed Emma Folkes as head of rural property. She has been a partner at the firm since 2017, focusing on rural and agricultural property.
Hugh Lambourne has been appointed managing director of Millstream Management Services, where he will oversee its property management and retirement living services.
Carter Jonas has strengthened its public sector and property consultancy and strategy capabilities by acquiring Tomorrow Advisory, and welcoming Tom Devine as a partner and Nicky Visick as a consultant to its Leeds office.
Alistair Bews has been appointed as a director in the retail lease advisory team at Colliers. He joins from JLL, where he was head of its central London retail lease advisory business for five years.

Weston Homes has named Sean Ruane as regional sales director to drive sales of its pipeline projects in London and the South West. He joins from Joseph Homes.
