Mace has appointed Richard Green (pictured, left) to the newly created role of chief operating officer of its consulting business to grow the division’s capabilities and services globally, in line with its 2026 Business Strategy. Prior to joining Mace, Green was managing director of the Corporate Centre of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, where he led on organisational change.
Leonora Downes (pictured, centre) has been hired as an associate in Hines UK’s retail asset management team. She will be responsible for retail leasing at 80 New Bond Street in London and the Centre in Livingston, Scotland. Nick Hopwood has joined the development management team from Ennismore, where he was responsible for projects in London and Barcelona.

CBRE has appointed Oasmaan Malik (pictured, right) as a surveyor in its cost consultancy team in Edinburgh. Ghalib Azam has joined as senior electrical engineer in the firm’s engineering consultancy in Glasgow.
Tilia Homes has strengthened its western team with the appointment of Darren Harris as director of commercial operations, where he will oversee a team responsible for cost control, operational efficiency and the profitability of developments across the region.
Housing association Aster Group has appointed Gary Bellenger as a director to lead its £571m property investment programme. As part of his responsibilities, he will explore smart and sustainable technology to improve customer experience and reduce environmental impact. He joins from A2Dominion.
Knight Frank has appointed Roddy Abram to lead the South East and Greater London offices. He joined the firm in 2004 and has advised on projects including London’s White City Place and Here+Now in Reading. Emma Goodford has been appointed head of life sciences and innovation.
Henry Adams has promoted Andrew Thomas to the position of partner in charge of the rural division, with Simon Lush stepping down to become a consultant for the company following 30 years in the role.
Crestbridge has hired Barry Hindmarch as director and head of real estate for the UK. He was previously head of real estate for the UK, Channel Islands, and Ireland at fund administrator Apex.
Strutt & Parker has expanded its Edinburgh office with the appointment of David Law as director and head of residential and Judy Shields as senior associate director.
Property adviser Belchak Corin & Co has rebranded as Belcor, and leasing agent Oliver Cohen has been promoted to partner to work on leasing deals in City fringe locations.
Cushman & Wakefield has promoted Tim Crighton to lead its logistics and industrial team in the EMEA region. He replaces Rob Hall, who is stepping down from overall team leadership after 22 years. Crighton joined Cushman in 2019 from retail group Kingfisher.
Chanelle Gray has been hired by Savills to oversee diversity and inclusion in its UK operations. She joins the agency as UK head of D&I after 13 years in the civil service, most recently as deputy director of D&I at the Department of Health.
JLL has appointed Anand Assi and Thomas Noto as business development directors for its EMEA industrial and logistics business, based in London and Luxembourg, respectively.
Juan Miguel Marinas has been promoted to head of asset management at Savills Investment Management.
Moorhall Capital has hired Alex Jackson as a director at the boutique adviser founded by Rob Jones in 2020. He was previously a vice president at RoundShield.
Property industry charity LandAid has named Neil Slater, head of real assets at Abrdn, as its new chairman, replacing Rob Bould. Mike Slade will retire from the board of trustees but will remain life president. Current chair Rob Bould, Alistair Elliott of Knight Frank, David Erwin of Dunluce Property and Mark Reynolds of Mace Group have stood down. Gemma Kataky of Blackstone and EG’s Damian Wild take their places as new chairs of the fundraising committee.
