Savills has appointed Anne Haggas (pictured left) as head of its residential development sales division in Yorkshire. Haggas is a former Carter Jonas and Knight Frank partner and brings more than 16 years’ experience to the role.
Susan Samuel (pictured second from left) has joined DLA Piper as partner in its real estate practice, based in Leeds. She joins from Eversheds Sutherland, where she been a partner since 2012. Samuel advises international retailers, corporate occupiers, institutions, private funds and real estate investors.
Aitchison Raffety has promoted Paula Mace (pictured second from right) to director in its healthcare division. She joined the firm in 2003 and is recognised as a RICS independent expert.
Impact Healthcare REIT has appointed Amanda Aldridge (pictured right) as a non-executive director. Aldridge is currently a non-executive director of Headlam Group and is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She was previously a partner at KPMG.
Struan Whyte has been appointed as a senior surveyor in Lambert Smith Hampton’s Edinburgh office. Whyte joins the capital markets team and will cover the whole of Scotland.
Newcastle-based law firm Samuel Phillips has appointed commercial property lawyer William Jarvis-Smith from Nicholson Portnell.
JLL has appointed Andrew O’Donnell as its UK real estate and workplace director to deliver improvements across its UK workplaces and building facilities. He joins from EY.
nM3 Consulting has appointed Richard Parker as senior development manager. He has previously worked for BNP Paribas Real Estate and Mount Anvil.
Pennycuick Collins has appointed Andrew Winstanley as a senior property manager and Chloe Ross as a property administrator.
Stuart Harris has been appointed head of Rapleys’ new office in Cambridge. He joins the firm with more than 30 years’ experience and previously held roles with Strutt & Parker and Carter Jonas.
Lambert Smith Hampton has named Tom Harker as associate director in office agency at the Milton Keynes office. Dudley Cross, head of office at Northampton, will take on the management of the Milton Keynes office.
Targetfollow has appointed Jeremy Gidman to its real estate team. He joins from Carter Jonas in London where he led the investment and asset management team.
Pluto Finance has appointed Andrew Lipscombe as lending manager in London with responsibility for originating residential development finance opportunities.
Richard Heslop, former head of the commercial property arm of Dale Eddison, has founded DE Commercial.
Law firm BDB Pitmans has appointed Tristan Ward as a partner in its private wealth department from Macfarlanes.
Lovell has recruited Lee Sale as regional managing director for its North West business. He joins from Jones Homes North West.
Glenny’s asset and property management division has appointed Andreas Sheritis as commercial asset and property management surveyor. Sam Collyer and Stanley Cottage have been promoted to senior surveyors.
Instant Group has appointed Marie Barrois as head of client development for France based in Paris.
Drees & Sommer UK has appointed Layth Madi as managing director, a role he will share with co-managing director Phillip Ratcliffe. Matthew Greenstreet has joined the project management division as a director from Mott McDonald.
Richard Cadman has joined Redrow Homes East Midlands as head of construction.
Danny Parmar from Overbury has been appointed chair of the British Council for Offices in the Midlands. He replaces Rob Groves from Argent.
Palace Capital has appointed William Hagger as a senior portfolio and asset manager to support the implementation of the group’s portfolio strategy.
Henry Boot Developments has promoted Hamer Boot to investment and funding manager. Boot was previously regional manager for Yorkshire and the North East. He will now spearhead HBD’s asset management strategy and maintain building relationships with funders.
Catalyst Housing has appointed Sarah Thomas as chief operating officer. Tim Jennings takes up the role of executive director of finance following the housing association’s merger with Aldwyck Housing Group. Judith Foss retains the position of executive director of people and culture in the expanded organisation. Austen Reid has been appointed interim executive director of integration and will lead on merger incorporation.
Arrow Capital Partners has appointed Paul Surian as investment manager Europe. In his new role, Surian will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting and completing on European transactions across mandates and joint ventures.
Jagoda Rhamie has joined TCN as marketing and communications manager for its UK portfolio.
Savills’ property management team in the Netherlands has recruited Louise van der Kamp-de Raad and Ingeborg Inderfurth as facilities managers. Quint Luiken joins as account manager. Giovanni Ponit has been appointed as technical manager and Max Mansholt as assistant account manager.
PegasusLife Group has appointed Mark Dickinson as chief executive. He joins from Anthology which he founded in 2013. Dickinson replaces Antonin de Margerie who will continue to be involved in the group at board and operational levels.
