Jenny Gardner (pictured, left) has joined JLL as a director to lead on project and development services for life sciences. She joins from Westfield in California where she has spent the past three years as retail delivery director.
Knight Frank has welcomed Kimberley Pratt (pictured, right) to its Kensington sales team as a negotiator. She most recently worked at Fabrix Capital.
Carter Jonas has recruited Juha Raymond as a partner to spearhead its build-to-rent capabilities. He joins from Bruton Realty, which he co-founded in 2015.
Atrato Group has appointed Gurpreet Gujral as managing director and Francisca Wiggins as director, to drive the expansion of renewable energy investment initiatives.
Patrizia has hired Alastair Allan as senior associate and Tommy Village as an analyst in its real estate development team.
Addington Capital has recruited Nigel Turner as a partner to head town centre regeneration. He was formerly chief operating officer at McCarthy Stone.

Impact Healthcare REIT has appointed Chris Santer as a non-executive director. He will also serve on the audit, remuneration, nomination and management engagement committees.
Knight Property Group’s project management team has appointed Eddie Higgins to manage its scheme at Bellshill in Glasgow.
Chris Mason has been promoted to director of operations at The Letting Partnership. He joined the business in 2017.
