Andy Williams, founding partner of Powell Williams, is to retire after 31 years. Over the past three decades he has grown the family business founded in 1990 into a limited liability partnership.

Obituary
Vivian Linacre, a commercial property developer in England and Scotland for 50 years, has died at the age of 93. From Healey & Baker, he joined Murrayfield and City Wall, and set up on his own in the 1970s. He was a contributor to the Estates Gazette and founded the Scottish Property Industry Festival of Christmas.
