Lichfields has appointed Ben Simpson (pictured, right) as planning director to grow its London and South East operations. He has more than 25 years’ experience working on residential developments, urban extensions and new communities. Savills’ Earth division has hired Chiara Fratter as a senior consultant to develop its sustainable design consultancy and help clients implement strategies to achieve net-zero-carbon footprints across their portfolios. Iain Bailey has joined Chestertons as director and head of property management. He was previously operations director at Foxtons. LDS Sales Guarantees has appointed former Homes England chief executive Gordon More as a strategic adviser. He has more than 30 years’ experience in development and real estate finance, working in the public and private sectors. Ball & Berry has appointed Karen Pritchard as associate director for the North West to accelerate the business’s growth in the region. Sarah Webster has joined Furley Page as a partner in its commercial property team. Ethical Property has appointed Mark Hannam as its new chair. He has worked for the Bank of England and Barclays Global Investors. CBRE has appointed Amanda Stevenson as head of investor strategy in its ESG consultancy team. She has been involved in developing net-zero-carbon programmes and preparing leading client responses to ESG disclosures such as CDP and GRESB. LaSalle Investment Management has promoted Katie Hynard and Marc Fauchille to head of UK commercial asset management and head of development and repurposing for Europe respectively. Sarah Sargeant has been appointed as a sales manager at Hayfield. She will oversee the housebuilder’s development projects in Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire and Worcestershire. Taurus Developments has strengthened its team with the appointment of Andrew Hynard and Luca Nardini as specialist developers with focus on site acquisition and new funding partners. Guy Sankey has joined Birmingham-based Creative Retail as director. Formerly with Avison Young’s retail team, he worked on projects including the Mailbox for M7 Real Estate and Utilita Arena Birmingham for the NEC Group. Phil Bouette and Valerie Sullings have launched Anatomy London Property Consultants, offering tailored client-focused commercial and mixed-use property services throughout London. Lambert Smith Hampton has expanded its ESG team with the appointment of sustainability managers Deborah Ajulo and Hannah Kingsley to support property management and building consultancy respectively. Tom Brown has been hired as a senior development surveyor at Sterling Capitol. He previously worked at Network Rail. Georgia Sandom has been appointed director of ESG at Office Space in Town, as the firm launches its new ESG strategy. Unispace has named Amanda Tham as global chief financial officer.
