Solihull-based Living Space Housing has appointed Martin Gaffney (pictured, left) as a project manager to head up the delivery of its flagship Malvern Oaks development in Cradley, Herefordshire.
M&G Real Estate has appointed Pauline Collenot (pictured, right) as investment manager, and Nadia Kahem joins as asset manager in its Paris-based team.

Alasdair Houghton has joined Atelier Capital Partners as head of credit. He will work with Martin Gilsenan, director of origination, to identify residential development opportunities.

James Friedenthal has joined MAPP as an equity partner to launch Flex by MAPP. The new platform will provide management solutions to investors and landlords requiring flexible workspace. He previously held the role of head of operations at Hana.
