Colliers International has appointed Peter Gallagher (pictured left) as head of its Manchester office. Gallagher joined the firm in 2014 and has more than 40 years’ experience advising on a broad range of mixed-use commercial developments across Greater Manchester.
Lambert Smith Hampton’s Edinburgh office has appointed Geoff Scott (pictured second from left) as director of office agency, responsible for delivering growth across the east of Scotland. He joins from JLL where he specialised in office agency and tenant representation.
Avison Young has appointed Nigel Foster (pictured second from right) as a director in the Midlands property management consultancy team. He has previously worked at LSH, CBRE and Hortons’ Estate.
Cushman & Wakefield has re-hired Duncan Gilliard (pictured right) as a partner in its central London retail team. He joins from JLL.
CALA Homes (North Home Counties) has appointed Jim Brunt as land director and Richard Staniford as senior land manager in its regional land team.
Arrow Capital Partners has appointed Katherine Parker as partner and head of investment management. She will be responsible for all aspects of investment strategy, transactions, fund and asset management across Europe.
Cushman & Wakefield’s EMEA hospitality team in France has appointed Katell Bourgeois as head of hospitality. Josephine Duforest and Olivier Monteux have joined as analysts.
Generator Group has appointed Jason Schofield as development director for its South West division, with responsibility for its development portfolio. He previously worked on the regeneration of Bristol’s Harbourside.
Planning Potential has appointed Penny Moss from Montagu Evans as an associate in its London office. Sam Elliott has been promoted to planner.
Linden Homes’ land and planning team has promoted Yuved Bheenick to land and planning director.
The North West office of JLL has named Steve Hogg as its new lead director and David Lathwood as chairman.
Paul Brown has been promoted to board director at Public Sector based in the Manchester office. Brown joined the firm in 2015 from Bolton Council.
Nick Bird has joined Scanlans as a building surveyor in the West Midlands. He has more than 12 years’ experience and joins from Arkhi Architects.
Carter Jonas has bolstered its London planning and development team with the appointment of partners Jon Pinkerton, George Barnes and Guy Ingham. Chris Hemmings joins as an associate partner; David Price as an associate; and Rob Gwyther as a surveyor.
Multi Corporation has appointed Hubert Stech as managing director of Multi Netherlands and Belgium in addition to his role as managing director of Multi Germany.

CBRE Southampton’s building consultancy team has appointed Liam O’Connell as a graduate surveyor.
SAY Property Consulting has promoted David Tomlinson, Emma Darch and Kemi Oguntoye to associates.
Instant Group has appointed Marlies Hoogeboom as head of workspace and operations for the UK and EMEA. He will be based in London and joins from Sodexo.
Wrenbridge has appointed Ewen McLeod to the board of directors.
JLL has appointed Tomasz Trzósło as managing director of the Central and Eastern European markets.
IM Land, the strategic land arm of IM Properties, has recruited Sinead Meally as principal planner from Arcadis, where she worked on the redevelopment of brownfield land delivering mixed-use, residential led schemes.
Redrow Homes East Midlands has appointed Richard Cadman as head of construction. He joins from Redrow Homes Yorkshire.
Barnsdales has appointed Lesley Gill as property manager from BNP Paribas Real Estate and Yasser Ali as a graduate building surveyor in the Sheffield office. Michelle Womersley has joined as associate and head of block management and JJ Dagnall as an assistant surveyor in the Doncaster office.
Robertson Homes has appointed Richard Bass as regional director in the North East. Based in Gateshead, he will oversee developments across the region. He was previously regional managing director at Keepmoat.
