Thomasin Renshaw (pictured, right) has joined Pocket Living as a director to lead its development team on residential projects planned in London.
The Instant Group has promoted Lucinda Pullinger (pictured, second right) to managing director for the UK. She joined the business two and a half years ago and will be responsible for leading its growth strategy.
Muse Developments has appointed James Pitt (pictured, second left), former development director at Evans Property Group, as regional director to drive its Yorkshire and North East expansion.
The Grosvenor Estate has appointed Ian Mair (pictured, left) to the new position of group services director from 1 October.
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Marcus Wood as head of UK retail capital markets. He will join as an international partner later this year from JLL to lead the team on transactional activity.

Catalyst has promoted Polly Gardner to land, partnerships and pre-construction director for its London development team. In her new role, she will secure new land and partnership opportunities for the housing association’s affordable housing pipeline in the capital.
Former intu duo Kate Grant and Nelson Carr have joined Newcastle-based Adderstone Group as director of estates, and development and investment manager respectively.
Anwyl Homes has promoted Imogen Suffell to trainee area sales manager. She joined the firm in August last year as sales adviser at its Stonebridge Fold development in Longridge.
Rapleys has appointed partner Daniel Cook as head of its automotive and roadside team. He has been with the firm for 16 years and provides both agency and professional advice to clients.
Commercial Property Partners has appointed Callum Jeandin as associate director in the property and asset management team working across its Sheffield, Nottingham, Leeds and London offices. He joins from Savills.
John Harris has joined Prosperity Group as a procurement manager. He has more than 30 years’ commercial experience and has managed procurement teams in the UK, Europe and the Far East.
Law firm Lester Aldridge has recruited James Realff as partner in its real estate team based in Southampton.
Gleeds has named Patrick Leniston as its regional director for western mainland Europe. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the built environment and his most recent post was with Colliers International as chief development officer in Paris.
Avison Young has appointed Peter Victor as principal, clients – UK and EMEA. He will work in partnership with the UK business development team and the global client organisation, and alongside Gayatri Kunhiraman, director EMEA projects and strategic advisory.
NHBC has strengthened its board with the appointment of Tesula Mohindra and Teresa Robson-Capps as non-executive directors.
Scarborough Group International has appointed Stephen Marriott as director of operations at Sheffield Olympic Legacy Park. He will oversee the development of the firm’s operations at the park, including establishing strong community links.
Obituary
William Warrack, a director at Cordwell Property Group for more than 40 years, has died. He was involved in many regeneration projects over the years and was a well-known property figure in London, Birmingham and Sheffield.
