NSM has appointed Jacqui Saunders (pictured, left) as associate director for its asset management division based in its North West office. She was previously property manager at The Arch Company.
Hines has appointed Daniel Chang as head of ESG for Europe and David Pinguelo (pictured, right) as deputy fund manager for the European core fund team.

Ringley Group has appointed Eric Asarè as director of operations for its flexible workspace division Work by Ringley.
Aviva Investors has appointed Charlotte Frost as a director within its infrastructure equity team. She will work alongside Jolanta Touzard in developing and delivering the origination strategy for Aviva Investors’ Climate Transition Real Assets Fund.
CBRE’s Aberdeen office has expanded its building consultancy team with the appointment of Andrew Beedie as a surveyor and Andrew Michel as an associate director.
David Hughes has joined VAS Group as valuation audit director. He joins from CBRE where he was head of UK business development.
Joe Slater has joined Dunlop Heywood as London director. He joins from JLL and will provide specialist advice on rating matters across the UK.
David Partridge, chairman of Argent Related, has joined LandAid’s board of trustees and will work with CEO Paul Morrish to lead the charity’s work on social investment.
AshbyCapital has appointed Mark Caldwell from Derwent London as senior property manager to oversee its growing portfolio.
Yorkshire housebuilder Avant Homes has strengthened its land team with the appointment of Ben Smith as director for the region.
Alister Gibson has joined Savills investment team as an associate in its Glasgow office. He joins from DH Hall.
AHTO Group has appointed Linda Robinson as its new managing director to help lead its £1bn investment drive in the rent-to-buy housing sector and build partnerships with housing associations, local authorities and UK housebuilders.
