Denzil Baisden (pictured, left) has been appointed as Rendall & Rittner’s new community engagement officer to strengthen the community bond among the residents of developments managed by the agent.
Felicity Forbes-Davidson (pictured, centre) has returned to DM Hall’s Aberdeen office as a director in the residential department. She joined the firm as a graduate in 2009.

Eversheds Sutherland has hired Rashpal Soomal (pictured, right) as a partner in the real estate litigation team. She joins from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner.
Immobel Capital Partners has appointed Maureen Mahr von Staszewski as head of its pan-European office, responsible for driving the growth and performance of its green office strategy. She joins from Swiss Life Asset Managers, where she managed its €500m-plus European thematic income and growth fund.
Raquel Sanchez Diaz has joined P-Three as a director to increase the company’s West End and prime shopping centre clientele. She has acted on major retail and leisure destinations, including Bluewater, Westfield London and Westfield Stratford.
Stephen Cresswell has been appointed as operations director by Focus Hotels Management to oversee the strategic operation of the portfolio.
Dunja Nigrin has joined JLL Germany to grow its development advisory, construction and renovation project management in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Clarke Willmott has added Marianne Barker as a partner to its planning and environment team.
Colliers has appointed Richard Nock as a director in the project and building consultancy team in Birmingham. He joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he specialised in the design of construction projects, fund and project monitoring and building acquisition surveys.
Knight Frank has promoted Alex Burgoyne to global head of data centre valuations. Jonathan Leung has been appointed as a surveyor, and Lizzie Quacquarelli as a graduate. Ryan Lynn has joined the hotel agency team as a partner.
Lesley Horton has been appointed as the Property Ombudsman’s new deputy, working alongside Rebecca Marsh.
Sandstone Group has appointed Paolo Alonzi as group finance director and chief operating officer. Stuart Montgomery has been appointed as director of investment management.
Richard Pugh has joined Dechert from Bank of America as a partner in the firm’s global finance group. He specialises in commercial real estate financing.
Sirius Real Estate has appointed the following to its BizSpace senior management team: Martin Hanratty as property director, Vincent Scammell as sales and operations director, Simon Daggett as marketing director and Anthony Payne has been promoted to director for the BizSpace platform.
Nicola McCowan Hill has been hired by Muir Homes as land and planning manager, responsible for acquiring sites for new homes throughout Scotland.
Schroders Capital Real Estate has appointed Rebecca Gates as head of UK asset management to oversee asset management across its UK portfolios. She previously worked for LaSalle Investment Management.
Barings has named Andreas Norberg as head of Nordics real estate based in Stockholm. He joins from CBRE Investment Management.
Savills has appointed Alex Cole as an associate director for its industrial and logistics planning team in London.
HBF has appointed Taylor Wimpey chief executive Jennie Daly and Storey Homes managing director Katy Jordan to its board as directors.
CBRE has strengthened its life sciences offering with the appointment of John Knight as a senior director from Carter Jonas and the promotion of Chris Williams as head of London and the South East.
Gary Preston has joined Dolphin Living as finance director to support the growth of affordable housing in London. He joins from CLS Holdings.
HBD has promoted Kieran Grealis to director and head of projects for industrial and logistics. Nigel Munro has been made director and head of projects for residential and urban regeneration.
Alex Coffey has been hired as commercial director of Eurofund Group. He joins from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where he was head of leasing for UK assets.
LOM Architecture and Design has promoted Ben Taylor to director. He joined the firm in 2009 and has worked on some of its biggest projects, including Business Bay Towers in Dubai and Santander’s UK headquarters.
