Savills has expanded its healthcare and senior living team with the appointment of Justin Scenna (pictured, right) from LOGOS Property Group and Oliver Nield from Fortwell Capital. Both will focus on the senior housing transactions market, working alongside Caryn Donahue.
Aitchison Raffety has promoted Thomas Shaw (pictured, left) in its business rates team to associate director. He is responsible for negotiating appeals with the valuation office and providing rate advice to clients. He joined Aitchison Raffety in 2020.

Chartway Group has appointed Steven Creswell as chief operating officer to deliver on the next stage of its growth strategy. He joins from Thakeham Group.
Bruton Knowles has boosted its national valuation team with the appointment of Raymond Amosso as senior surveyor. He brings to the role 30 years’ experience with private firms in the UK.
Henry Boot chairman Jamie Boot will retire from his role and from the board after the company’s AGM in May, after serving the company for 40 years.
Adam Alari has joined Savills IM in London as head of European living research and will be responsible for expanding the firm’s presence in the sector.

Emma Cox will lead the team as managing director for real estate; Gavin Seaholme has been appointed head of bridging and second charge mortgages; and Darrell Walker will take over as head of sales.

Mount Anvil has appointed Marcus Bate as director of partnerships and communities to drive social value for local communities. He joined the firm five years ago and was previously investment director.
