Savills’ Newcastle development team has appointed Greg Davison (pictured, left) as a director, specialising in mixed-use development consultancy and office leasing across the North East and Yorkshire. Emma Young has joined the property management team as a graduate surveyor, Oliver Bartles-Smith as a graduate surveyor in the investment and industrial teams, and Joey Dunn has joined the rural management team.
Harness Data Intelligence has appointed Kay Sangha (pictured, centre) as chief financial officer to execute its business growth and investment strategy. She has more than 25 years of financial and operational leadership experience and was previously chief financial officer of Century Capital Partners.

Trammell Crow Company has appointed Richard Fell (pictured, right) as head of European logistics capital markets. He joins from Clarion Partners Europe, where he spent the past three years as vice-president for investments.
Niamh Canavan has been appointed head of investor relations at Invel Real Estate. As part of the London team, she will be responsible for identifying and developing potential new investors, sourcing equity for different products, and developing investor reporting.
Adlington Retirement Living has appointed James Heyworth as land director. He has more than 27 years of experience in the development sector, having led land acquisition for projects in the North West including The Hacienda, 1 Deansgate and Alderley Park.
Rider Levett Bucknall director and global board member Andrew Reynolds has been appointed global chairman, alongside his current responsibilities as chief executive of RLB UK.
Travers Smith has appointed Emma Pereira as its head of real estate. Sarah Walker has been promoted to partner, and Catherine O’Driscoll to senior counsel.
Lambert Smith Hampton has appointed David Earle as head of its London office. As well as leading the firm’s central London offices, he will be responsible for spearheading growth, co-ordinating business development efforts and driving the firm’s people proposition across London and the South East.
JLL has appointed Alexander Nuyken as head of life sciences markets in EMEA. This follows the appointments of Alistair Meadows as head of life sciences, capital markets EMEA, and Andy Glasspool as head of life sciences accounts for EMEA work dynamics. Neil Short has been appointed as area director of its prime central London lettings team. Short will oversee the running of JLL’s prime central London lettings offices, which include Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Mayfair and Marylebone.
Geneva-based Stoneweg has appointed Simona Terranova, Clarence Peter and Yvar Mentha to its board as directors, as well as Yvan Mermod as chief financial officer and Rafael Cerezo as chief investment officer.
Nash Bond has promoted John Lyons to executive director and Florence Mills to senior surveyor. Lyons is the lead director on the Shaftesbury Estate, and Mills works in the agency team.
Aitchison Raffety has appointed Barry Newbury-Neale as a senior surveyor within its business rates team. He has 37 years of property experience advising across multiple sectors, including office, retail and industrial.
Cundall’s Manchester and Singapore offices have promoted Rob Turner and Alex Saez to partners, strengthening their growth strategies and commitment to sustainability.
Clarke Willmott has appointed Phil Brown as head of its Taunton office, where he is a partner in its commercial property team.
Verdion has appointed Mario Zapouni as financial controller, and Max Goodwin joins as a financial accountant.
Bruce Gillingham Pollard has appointed Emily Dumbell as director of its new London neighbourhoods team.
Harris Lamb has appointed Ed Simcox as a senior planner. He joins the business from Wychavon District Council and brings extensive knowledge of residential and employment land projects to the team.
Schroders Capital’s real estate debt team has strengthened its investment platform with the addition of Mike Birch as lead investment manager, Robert Game as portfolio manager, Louise Standring-Smith as investment manager and Sunny Vaghela as analyst.
Glenhawk has appointed Michael Clifford as its commercial director, Simon Lee as head of mortgage operations, Sarah Wade as head of marketing, and Jude Miranda as its bridging credit manager.
