Europa Capital has appointed Jeremy Bullock as managing director for asset and portfolio management. The Bristol studio of BSP has appointed Adam Darby, an expert in best practice design in the build-to-rent sector, as an associate architect. Compton has appointed Josh Perlmutter to its agency team, where he will be dealing with disposal work on behalf of landlords and investors. He joins from Richard Susskind & Co. Terra Strategic has appointed Sienna Barbour as a strategic land manager to drive the business’s land and development opportunities. Richard Maden has joined Aitchison Raffety as a director to lead the firm’s operation in Bristol and the south-west of England. BNP Paribas Real Estate has hired Jonathan Parrish as senior director and James Laskowski as associate director of UK hotels. Mattia Cavenati joins as an associate for pan-European hotels. In the development and planning team, Caroline McDade has joined as national head of planning. Knight Frank Scotland has appointed hotel and leisure valuations specialist William Rankine as an associate, based in Glasgow. He joins from JLL. Savills has appointed Niall Macleod as director and head of residential development in Aberdeen. Caryn Donahue joins the London office as a director in the operational capital markets division, as head of senior housing transactions. Colliers has appointed Jack Knivett and Mark Radford as directors to boost its London offices service provision. Samantha Mitchell has joined Bruton Knowles from WHP as bids manager within its corporate team. Yellow Brick Estates has promoted Rahul Kanakgiri to the post of chief operating officer. YardNine has appointed Sam Palk as development manager. He joins from Lendlease, where he worked for six years. Capreon has hired George Minns as managing director to focus on its European portfolio.
