Tritax Symmetry in Manchester has appointed Jenna Wilks (pictured, right) from Gerald Eve as senior planner and Scott Meakin from Avison Young as development surveyor. Walter Cooper has appointed Stuart Smart as senior land manager to assist with land transactions for developers and housing providers in Hertfordshire and Essex. Vail Williams has bolstered its agency and planning departments in Surrey with the appointment of surveyor Charlie Perkins, graduate surveyor George O’Connor, and planner Henry Bourne. BNP Paribas Real Estate has strengthened its Birmingham team with the appointment of Jessica Wellfair and Lizzie Quiney as associate directors in the business rates division, Teresa Madden as associate director in property management, and Dan Marlow as senior associate director in building consultancy. Retirement village provider Audley Group has appointed Nick Vincent as general manager of its Mayfield village in Watford, and Kevin Green has been named general manager of the group’s Sunningdale Park, Fairmile and Wycliffe Park sites. Castle Green Homes has appointed Chris Grady as legal director. Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner has appointed Victoria Blanchard as a partner in its real estate disputes practice. Savills Earth has hired Georgios Askounis as associate director of sustainable design. He joins from KLH. Carter Jonas has appointed Ali Rana as a partner and head of national investment to spearhead its commercial brokerage service based in London. He joins from Finn & Co. Cluttons has appointed Emma Blaney as partner for lettings, block and portfolio management in its residential management team. She was previously associate director at Warwick Estates The Lorenz Consultancy has appointed Sam Conway as associate director. He joins from Mellersh & Harding. Europa Capital has hired Simon Mitchell as a construction project manager. He will oversee construction activities across the Europa Diversified Income Fund, ensuring projects are aligned with the business’s sustainable development and ESG strategy. Simon Begnor has joined CBRE’s UK client solutions team as a sales director to expand the company’s network in the logistics sector. Harness Data Intelligence has hired Andrew Smith as chief revenue officer to lead its sales and operational business. He joins from Navian Investment Group. Hawk Block Management has appointed Elaine Higgins as head of property management and Becky Wilson as business development manager. Christopher Chapman has joined Aitch Group as a senior land manager to source and manage future land acquisitions. He previously worked for Redington Capital. Savills has appointed former Public Services Ombudsman Nick Bennett as a director to lead the firm’s economics and grant funding efforts in Wales.
