Henry Boot Developments has promoted Anthony Clitheroe (pictured left) to manager of its Yorkshire and North East region. Clitheroe joined the firm in 2014 from DTZ.
Cromwell Property Group has appointed Alejandro Salcedo (pictured second from left) as senior transactions manager for Europe. Based in London, Salcedo will work with the local asset and fund management teams.
Urban Growth Company has appointed Jonathan Bretherton (pictured second from right) as managing director. Bretherton will lead the infrastructure investment and development planning at the firm’s UK central hub in Solihull.
Knight Frank has appointed Faisal Durrani (pictured right) as an associate in its commercial research team. He joins from Cluttons and will focus on the central London office market.
Farebrother has appointed Charles Twist as a partner in its lease advisory team. Twist has previously worked for Gerald Eve and Deloitte, and specialises in advising on lease disputes between landlords and tenants.
Mace has appointed Megan Webb to lead its facilities management practice across the Asia Pacific region at its Singapore office.
DM Hall has recruited Gavin Anderson as an associate in its west of Scotland commercial property team, based in Glasgow.
Vail Williams has appointed valuations adviser Richard Sumner as an associate to its office in Gatwick. He joins from Arnold & Baldwin.
Jonathan Wright has joined law firm Emms Gilmore Liberson as a partner in its commercial property team.
Cushman & Wakefield’s development and planning team has appointed Neil Lawrence as a partner in the London office and Hannah Lorna Bevins as a planner in the Birmingham office.
TCN has appointed Douglas Parker as management surveyor. Based at its headquarters in Reading, Parker will be responsible for the management of the UK portfolio.
Daniel Connal Partnership has appointed Sean Burnett-Kiernan to its Norwich office as an apprentice quantity surveyor.
Knight Frank has appointed Caroline Bathgate as head of European valuation and advisory. Bathgate has more than 15 years’ valuation experience across all commercial property sectors throughout the UK and Europe.
Avignon Capital has appointed Paul Findlay as an investment consultant. Findlay will work with the investment team to source real estate opportunities in Europe.
Citivale has recruited Rebecca Farnsworth as investment director. Farnsworth previously worked for Knight Frank as a partner in the capital markets team.
Croydon housing developer Brick by Brick has appointed former U+I creative director Martyn Evans as its non-executive chairman. Evans has more than 20 years’ property and regeneration experience.
Emms Gilmore Liberson has appointed Paul Pinder as director and Thomas Walsh as associate solicitor in its property litigation team.
Studio KMA has recruited director Peter Fisk to work alongside fellow director Stuart Hadfield at its new office in Chester.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Swedish capital markets team has recruited Kristoffer Sandberg as a project manager and Nils Eriksson as an analyst, in Stockholm. In Germany, Nicole Römer has been appointed head of retail investment.
Savills’ office agency division in France has appointed Alain Brunschweiler as director of development and strategy; Pascal Davois as key account manager; and Daniel Sublet as key account director. Gilles Matuszak has become regional director in Lyon. Laurence Jacquier will work with the sales and marketing team focusing on office agency.
Redrow has appointed David Connole as technical manager at its office in Yorkshire. Harrow Estates, Redrow’s forward-planning arm, has appointed Alex Sciarretta as land director and Steve Neal as head of planning.
Maven Capital Partners has promoted property investment directors Colin Anderson and Andrew Whiteley to partners.
Dexter Moren Associates has promoted Paul Wells, Lindsey Bean-Pearce, Neil Andrew, John Harding and Janice Mitten to partners.
Mickola Wilson has been named a non-executive director at Palace Capital. Wilson is a joint owner and director of Seven Dials Fund Management.
Lambert Smith Hampton has appointed James Polson as its national head of industrial and logistics, specialising in occupier services. Polson rejoins the firm following three years at CBRE, to focus on occupier-led industrial and logistics services.
Fifield Glyn has merged with the London practice of Langley Taylor to expand its leasehold enfranchisement services. Based at the Grosvenor Street office, Jennifer Ellis will join as a consultant, with Andrew Carrick and Andrew Georgiou as associates.
London property consultancy GN2 has appointed Tim Powell-Harper and Chris Jakes as directors. Nick Moore and Luc Griffiths join as surveyors.
Robert Fowlds has joined LondonMetric Property as an independent non-executive director. Philip Watson and Alec Pelmore will retire as non‑executive directors on 31 March.
