Warehouse REIT has strengthened its asset management team with the appointment of manager Evie Williams (pictured, left) from JLL.

Sandeep Sankoli (pictured, right) has joined Hill Group in a newly created role, as head of London land and partnerships. He has experience in mixed-use development, private rented sector investment and urban regeneration.

WorkPad has hired Luke Trusselle as director of growth, expanding its flexible office market.

Inspired Villages has appointed Stephen Halliwell as its new chief financial officer. He will begin in the role in January 2022.

Richard Thomas has rejoined Shelley Sandzer as director of agency and will provide strategic advice on site acquisitions and disposals.

Fletcher King has appointed Chris Roberts as director in the valuation team, and Sharon Lowe joins as head of client accounts.

BNP Paribas Real Estate has strengthened its Bristol office with the appointment of Mark Rothwell as investment director, responsible for establishing an innovative team of property specialists. He was formerly head of investment at Alder King.

Lee Baron has added to its residential team with the hire of Daniel Harrison-Cox as director. He previously worked for the Berkeley Group for 10 years.

Colmore Capital has appointed Sholom Cohen as an investment associate. He joins from Avison Young and has seven years’ asset management and transactional experience.

Sarah Heracleous has joined Beauchamp Estates as a sales negotiator in its new homes team.

HOK has appointed Rob McGill as its sustainable design leader in the company’s London office.

Civic Engineers has appointed Annabel Precious as regional director. She has more than 20 years’ experience in transport planning, engineering and design consultancy.

Aviva Investors has appointed Charlotte Frost as a director in its infrastructure equity origination team, where she will develop and deliver the strategy for its recently launched climate transition real assets fund.

Regal London has named Ghislaine Halpenny from the British Property Federation as its first head of corporate affairs.

Savills’ central London tenant representation team has appointed Fiona Crowley as a surveyor to work with office occupiers, advising on occupational strategy and implementation across London.

Leaders Romans Group has promoted Nicholas Edwards to regional lettings director, and Raf Reza has joined as a graduate surveyor. Joe Slater has been appointed as London director for its Dunlop Heywood subsidiary, and Katarzyna Kuzniarz joins the Boyer London design team as an urban designer.

Tony Goldsby has joined Merlion Capital Corporation as a director, strengthening its property development team. He previously worked at Lifestory.
