Monique Royle, (pictured, left) former RICS West Midlands chair and board member, has returned to Colliers as a risk management director. She formerly worked in the firm’s licensed and leisure team until 2018. Royle succeeds Andrew McArthur, who retired at the end of 2022.

OBITUARY Sir Michael Heller, chairman of London & Associated Properties, passed away on 30 January. He had been at the helm of the business since 1971.
