People moves: Scott Tallon Walker strengthens leadership team

Appointments and promotions


Scott Tallon Walker Architects has appointed new project directors Rebecca Ryan in education, Philip Jackson in urban design, Chinwe Kane (pictured, left) in commercial and Paul Connolly in healthcare.

Telford Homes has appointed Lesley Chen Davison (pictured, centre) as chief operating officer to support the execution of its business strategy with a focus on investment and development management. She previously served as head of commercial strategy for GoSpace AI.

JLL has strengthened its residential property management offering with the appointment of John Coddington (pictured, right) as head of residential for the Property and Asset Management team. He joins the firm from CBRE, where he worked as head of residential.

Nick Atlay has joined Savills’ affordable housing consultancy as an associate director. He will provide governance, risk management, financial viability, and housing assurance advice to Savills’ affordable housing clients in the UK. Atlay previously worked for the Social Housing Regulator.

Bruntwood SciTech has appointed Zoe Peace to lead its development operations. She will be responsible for the delivery of work and lab space at Melbourn Science Park in Cambridgeshire and Manchester Science Park. Peace joins from JLL, where she has worked for the past four years, most recently in the life sciences team.

Carla Revelo has joined DWF from Dentons as a partner in its real estate practice in London. Revelo has been recognised as a rising star by the Legal 500 for commercial property from 2020 to 2023.

Savills has added JLL directors Tom Shaw and Michael Alderton to its industrial and logistics occupier advisory team based in London. They will be tasked with expanding the corporate tenant roster and its capabilities.

AEW has appointed Emmanuel Brechard, located in Paris, and Matilda Williams, based in London, to the investor relations team as directors.

UKAA has appointed Graham Sibley of Building Strategies as director of strategic communications and marketing. As the build-to-rent sector’s representative body, he will promote its core goals of increasing awareness and influence.

Firethorn Trust has launched a residential platform led by Marcus Weeks as director and head of living. He will focus on purpose-built student accommodation and build-to-rent. Weeks previously worked for Unite Group for six years as acquisitions and development director.

Dan Parr, vice president at CACI, Sara Boonham, sector lead for town and city centre regeneration at Gleeds, and Caroline Main, head of retail at MAPP, have been appointed to the operating board at Revo to support its retail and placemaking innovation.

Susan Boyd has joined Harris Lamb as a graduate surveyor, working in the business rates and lease advisory teams. She was previously with Bird & Howes.

Anthony Willis has joined Addleshaw Goddard’s construction and engineering team as a partner. He was previously a partner at Brabners.

Far East Consortium has hired Faye Dasi-Sutton as its ESG and sustainability manager. She will oversee the ESG pipeline for its property development arm and the Dorsett Hotel Group, as well as lead its sustainability plans and implement practices to drive the business towards carbon-neutral construction and operation.

Christie & Co has appointed David Cash as regional director to lead its pub and restaurant team in the north of the UK. He joined the firm in 2014 as a graduate trainee in its Newcastle office.

Rengen Developments has appointed John Hall as its new strategic investment adviser to support its expansion objectives.

ESG data intelligence firm Deepki has appointed senior executive Sigrid Duhamel as an independent member and chairwoman of the strategic committee. She has more than 30 years of real estate investment and asset management experience and formerly served as CEO and CIO of BNP Paribas REIM.

Laurie Dennard has joined the executive team of tech services provider for flexible workspace and co-working technologywithin. She joined the company five years ago and oversaw its brand launch in 2019.

CBRE in Birmingham has hired directors Tim Bloomer in operational real estate and Robert Smith in rating.

Oliver Kemper has been promoted to investment director in Verdion’s Frankfurt office. He will focus on the acquisition of core-plus and value-add properties.

Ryan Sylvester has been named Glasgow studio director at HLM Architects. He formerly worked for Keppie Design and has more than 20 years of expertise directing large-scale education, residential and healthcare projects.
