The European chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors has appointed Andrew Smith (pictured, right), a partner at Carter Jonas, as president. He succeeds Paul Danks.
Irwin Mitchell (pictured, left) has added Pamela Chesterman to its planning and environment team as a partner.
Redevco has promoted Chris Fleetwood to head of global asset and development management. He joined the business as portfolio director at the beginning of this year from Landsec.
Addington Capital has hired Saul Shah as an investment real estate analyst specialising in residential acquisitions. He joins from EY Real Estate.
Chris Spiceley has joined Modulous as client accounts director from Claritas Group. He has 20 years’ experience in the real estate and construction industries and was also a director at Places for People.
Ben Danaher has been appointed senior leasing manager at Kitt Offices. He joins from WeWork.
Knight Frank has appointed John Rushby as a partner and head of the specialist leisure team and Andrew Child as head of central London property management. Elle Gray has joined as an associate in the residential investments team.
Maria Vaggione has joined Alpha Real Capital from Gore Street Capital as an ESG associate.
Katie Parfitt has joined HLM Architects from TODD Architects.
Stärka Properties has hired Richi Peters as a consultant and Kate Buswell has joined as an apprentice.
Jon Rea-Palmer has been appointed head of Lambert Smith Hampton’s Reading and Maidenhead offices.
Catherine Webster has been named chief executive at PfP Capital, taking over in January 2023. She joins from Quintain, where she was executive director for strategy and investment.
Ross Dalzell has been appointed managing director of Aldermore’s property division.
Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner has appointed Taslima Salam as a partner in its real estate finance team in Manchester.
Sue Rios has joined Evolve Estates as regional estate manager to manage its mixed-use developments.
AspinallVerdi has appointed consultants Megan Jones and Ian Ramsay to its Birmingham and Newcastle offices respectively. Molly Toon and Tom Melbourne have joined the London office.
James Gwynne has joined Nicol & Co to manage its lettings team. He joins from Cobb Amos.
Former Get Living general counsel Emma Parr has been hired as managing director and general counsel at Birchwood Real Estate Capital.
Savills has appointed Simon Turner to its Manchester team as a director in development consultancy. Catherine Davies joins as director of major projects from RSK Consents Solutions, and Tom Dearing has been named as associate director in the environment and infrastructure team.
Leaders Romans Group has appointed Martin Fillery as a director in its shared ownership team.
Ben Hooton has joined Opus Land as development director. He was previously at M7.
Colliers has hired David Kos as director of industrial and logistics investment in its national capital markets team. He joins from Lewis Ellis.
Kosy Living has appointed Mark Hughes as managing director to lead on BTR, co-living, PBSA and later co-living.
Gráinne Gilmore has joined Cluttons as head of research. She was previously head of research at Zoopla.
Emma Hendry has been appointed global people experience lead at JLL.
Helen Johnson and Helen Balliger have joined CMS as partners to expand its real estate and construction offering.
Gerald Eve has appointed Kate Morgan as its first chief operating officer. She joins from Colliers.
The UK arm of Israel’s Leumi Group has appointed Lloyds Bank hotels relationship director Tony Burnell as a portfolio director on the hotel finance desk.
LaSalle Investment Management has appointed Samer Honein as global head of investor relations. He has been with LaSalle and JLL for more than 21 years.
