ProLogis European Properties has completed the sale of a 112,000 sq ft shed in Basingstoke to Sainsbury’s.
The supermarket giant, which has occupied the building since 2004, is understood to have paid around £11m.
PEPR said proceeds from the sale would be used to further deleverage the business.
Cushman & Wakefield acted for Sainsbury’s; PEPR was represented by ProLogis.
