Andrew Perloff’s Panther Securities has resumed trading on the London Stock Exchange after publishing its half-year results.
Last week the company’s shares were suspended after it was unable to announce its interim results for the six months to 30 June in time for the deadline imposed under transparency rules.
The company today reported pretax profits of £7.8m, compared with £5.4m at the same time last year.
It said rents receivable during the period were £3.8m, compared with £3.5m the year before.
