Doncaster-based Persimmon Homes has acquired seven sites in Yorkshire & Humberside with a total development value of more than £90m.
The sites are in Sheffield, Doncaster, Gainsborough and Barnsley.
Persimmon will develop 670 two-, three-, four-, five- and six-bedroom homes at the sites, including flats, semi-detached and detached houses.
Of the homes, 85% will be built on brownfield sites.
