Hardwicks Way, Persimmon Homes £30m mixed-use scheme (pictured) in Wandsworth, SW18, has won planning consent.
The three-building scheme, designed by Assael Architecture, will provide 37,000 sq ft (3,473 sq m) of offices on the ground and first floors, 100 one-, two- and three- bedroom flats, six penthouse apartments and a “transparent” restaurant on the second floor.
Wandsworth council said that the scheme, which is set within a new public square, presented an excellent regeneration opportunity for the area.
