Speculative property investor Jack Petchey has sold a chunk of his shares in quoted property group CLS Holdings.
Petchey’s investment vehicle, Trefick, informed CLS that on 5 February it sold 975,000 shares, representing 0.99% of CLS’s share capital.
Trefick’s current holding is now 2,198,121 shares, representing 2.21% of the issued share capital.
