Kailayapillai Ranjan, finance director of Jack Petchey’s property group, is joining Queens Moat Houses (QMH) as a non-executive director.
Petchey has a 25% stake in the debt-laden hotelier.
Former Railtrack chief executive Steve Marshall has joined as chairman.
