A shake-up in Savills’ residential capital markets team will see Peter Allen take over its leadership.
Current head James Coghill, who built the team, will assume a broader role in the management of the housing and healthcare division.
Savills said that owing to the continued growth of the existing teams and in order to meet client needs, Allen has taken on the role to develop its pan-European residential capital markets business.
Both Allen and Coghill will report to James Sparrow, executive director of professional services.
Allen was previously head of residential investment for the UK business.
