The Crown Estate has appointed Peter Bourne of Wereldhave Property Corporation to the new position of development surveyor for the Regent Street Estate.
He will work with David Shaw, head of Regent Street strategy and development.
Bourne is a fellow of the RICS. At Wereldhave, he was a senior surveyor for the Carnaby Estate, just off Regent Street. He has also previously worked for Dusco Asset Management.
