Helios Europe has appointed Peter Peeters as chief technical officer with responsibility for technical issues on the firm’s €1bn development programme.
He will oversee the company’s construction pipeline, provide commercial support to the development teams and help the board develop its business strategy for both the UK and European markets.
He joins the company on the 1 December 2011.
Previously a director of Goodman and prior to that Eurinpro, Peeters has overseen more than 60m sq ft of logistics development throughout the UK and continental Europe in a career spanning over 20 years.
