Foden truck dealership Peterborough Engineering Company has acquired a 1,256 sq m (13,526 sq ft) building on an 0.5ha (1.42 acre) site in Saville Road, Westwood, Peterborough.
PEC paid a sum reportedly in excess of £250,000 to take an assignment of the previous tenant Gensets long lease. Dickens Watts & Dade acted for Peterborough Engineering and Lambert Smith Hampton advised Genset.
