Pettifer Estate’s redevelopment of the historic Stoneleigh Deer Park, Warwickshire, is close to securing detailed planning consent – more than three years after it first submitted plans for the site.
The developer has begun marketing the 225,000 sq ft office scheme set in 40 acres of parkland.
Work is scheduled to begin this autumn on the first speculative 21,000 sq ft office.
