Peveril Securities has submitted plans for nearly 200 build-to-rent flats in Guildford, Surrey.
M&G Investments has secured a conditional forward-funding deal to own and manage the building.
The 191 BTR flats in buildings ranging from four to 11 storeys are planned in what will be Guildford’s first professionally managed PRS scheme. The scheme will be 100% private with a 60/40 split between one- and two-bedroom flats.
The plans also include a reception/concierge and a residents’ gym, lounge and cinema, along with 102 car parking spaces.
