PEXA has picked Bruntwood’s West Village Leeds as its new UK headquarters.
The firm, which provides digital property exchange technology, already has 250 staff in the region, and is seeking to build stronger ties to the city following its acquisition of Leeds-based conveyancer, Optima Legal.
The firm’s new home will span across 8,100 sq ft and is set to be ready for occupancy in autumn this year.
PEXA will engage a local design firm to curate the office fit-out with a focus on sustainable products, natural light, and greenery.
Rob Valentine, director of Yorkshire at Bruntwood Works, said: “It just goes to show that the power of forward-thinking workspaces, with sustainability and innovation at their heart, have for attracting investment to the region, and how they help to boost the economy and put the UK on the international stage. PEXA will be closely linked to our network of innovative businesses and disruptors here in Leeds.”
West Village, a new wellbeing-focused workspace in Leeds, forms a part of the £200m Bruntwood Works Pioneer programme.
PEXA have been advised by CBRE.
