US pharmaceuticals giant Pfizer is to tender for an agent to advise across its 80m sq ft global property portfolio.
CBRE and Jones Lang LaSalle are the incumbent agents to the estate, which is made up of a mix of leasehold and freehold offices, labs and manufacturing facilities around the world.
The three-year contract will include responsibility for Pfizer’s 325-acre campus in Sandwich, Kent.
A deal to sell the site to London & Metropolitan collapsed last year.
