CBRE has won a mandate to oversee the 70m sq ft real estate portfolio of Novartis, a Swiss pharmaceutical company.
The agency said it had won a competitive bidding process to become Novartis’ exclusive real estate services provider globally.
CBRE’s global workspace solutions team and its advisory and transaction services division will work with the pharma company across its portfolio of offices, laboratories and R&D facilities, which span 90 countries.
The firm said the focus of its work will be “the transformation of [Novartis’] real estate portfolio, improving its employee workplace experience and driving its sustainability agenda”.
