Pharmaceuticals group sets up in Camberley

 


US pharmaceuticals group Kendle International is to take 26,300 sq ft of offices at The Meadows business park in Camberley, Surrey.


 


Kendle, represented by Phillip Marsh Collins Deung, is taking the floors two and three at the River View building at the Scottish Widows International Partnerships-owned 150,000 sq ft business park.


 


It is paying £22 per sq ft on the second floor and £21 per sq ft on third, both on 10 year leases, and will take up occupation from offices in Maidenhead and Crowthorne in 2009.
