Phildrew Ventures has led the £13m funding for the management buy-out from private shareholders, of B&M Bargains. B&M Bargains is a chain of discount retailers based in the north west. It focuses on non-clothing branded products ranging from food and toys to hardware and fancy goods. It has a turnover of £40m and is projecting a 25% growth next year.
