Philip Green has put Burton’s former London HQ up for sale.
The Arcadia boss has appointed BNP Paribas to market Corinthian House. The five-storey block on Tottonham Court Road, W1, has an asking price of £80m.
Arcadia’s pension fund took security over the building last year as part of a deal to win the support of the Pension Protection Fund for a controversial restructuring.
Sources said there was considerable debt outstanding on the building, limiting any potential proceeds. Bids will be sought in the next couple of weeks.
