Allied Recreation have won outline planning consent for a leisure scheme at Phoenix Park, Thornbury in Leeds. Consent has been granted for a 10-screen multiplex cinema, a 34-lane tenpin bowling centre, theme bars, restaurants, a 40-bed hotel, outdoor recreational facilities and 1,000 parking spaces.
St Quintin advised Allied throughout the planning negotiations and have been retained to seek suitable operators.
