F&C Asset management, on behalf of Phoenix Assurance, has sold a Woolworths distribution warehouse at Dorcan Industrial Estate, Swindon.
UBS Global Asset Management bought the shed for £27m, representing a 7% yield.
The 609,000 sq ft shed is let at £3.25 per sq ft until 2015, when the 24-acre site could be redeveloped.
