The long-awaited sale of Caudwell Communications could be completed as soon as tomorrow, reports The Independent.
It is expected to fetch £1.1bn. The buyers are Providence Equity Partners and Doughty Hanson.
Providence will take control of the Phones4U shops. Doughty Hanson will buy the logistics, handset distribution and mobile phones accessories divisions.
