Primary Health Properties has bought a primary care property in Macclesfield for £10.1m.
The 34,444 sq ft New Alderley House is wholly let to East Cheshire NHS Trust and NHS Property Services for a further 16 years.
It adjoins Macclesfield District General Hospital campus and provides accommodation for a range of primary care services and NHS administration operations.
This acquisition increases PHP’s portfolio to 295 assets, including one property in the Republic of Ireland, with a gross value of £1.2bn.
